Royal Mail 1st Class FREE
Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm £ 2.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery before 9am £10.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Saturday £ 4.99
Monday to Friday :- Orders must be received by 4pm for next day delivery
Saturdays:- Orders must be received by 12pm for delivery Monday Please note that 1st Class deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day. While Royal Mail deliver 80 to 90% of 1st Class post next day, there is no guarantee your balloon will arrive on the day chosen. A signature is not required for 1st Class delivery and therefore we have no way to track your order if it does go missing.
Royal Mail 1st Class (Free)
Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and will be dispatched the day before delivery is requested.
Sorry but refunds for late delivery / non delivery on balloons sent by 1st Class mail cannot be given.
If your balloon requires a guaranteed delivery date you should choose from one of the Special Delivery options below.
Special Delivery (before 1pm) (Monday to Friday only)
Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This guarantees your balloon will be delivered before 1pm on your chosen day.
A signature will be required
The refund for non attempted delivery on your chosen date and time will be £2.99
Special Delivery (before 9am)(Monday to Friday only)
Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This guarantees your balloon will be delivered before 9am on your chosen day.

If a delivery attempt has not been made by your chosen time on the chosen day you will be entitled to a refund of £10.99
Special Delivery (before 1pm) (Saturday only)

This guarantees your balloon will be delivered before 1pm on your chosen Saturday.

The refund for non attempted delivery on your chosen date and time will be £4.99
If nobody is available to sign for the balloon at the delivery address a card will be posted informing you a delivery attempt have been made. This card gives you the option to re-arrange delivery with Royal Mail or for you to collect from your local sorting office. Everything you need to contact Royal Mail will be detailed on their card.
Remote postcode areas where Special Delivery may take longer:
Please allow an additional 48 hours for delivery to the following postal area purely due to their location.
Up to 2days = GY1, GY9, HS2-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, ZE2-3
Up to 3 days = KW16-17, PH42, PH43-44
